Standard Issue Games("Standard Issue Games Pte. Ltd.," "we," "our," or "us") provides mobile games and related services (the "Games") and the website standardissuegames.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Games or Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Games or Service.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your region), you may need a parent/guardian's consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
License and Restrictions
License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Games and Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Games except where permitted by law.
Bypass security or access any system or data without authorization.
Use cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or automation.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Sell, rent, or transfer your account or any virtual items.
Interfere with servers, networks, or other users' enjoyment.
Virtual Items, In‑App Purchases, and Subscriptions
Purchases: In‑app purchases (including subscriptions) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment details.
Entitlements: Virtual currency/items have no real-world value, are licensed (not sold), and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Refunds: Follow your app store's refund policies. Where required by law, you may have additional rights.
Subscriptions: Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via your app store account settings. Benefits may change with notice.
User Content
You remain the owner of content you submit (e.g., names, messages, feedback). You grant Standard Issue Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content to operate and improve the Games and Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe others' rights, contain illegal material, or violate these Terms.
We may remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms.
Online Features and Updates
Some features require an internet connection and third-party services (e.g., platform accounts, cloud saves).
We may update the Games automatically (including balance changes and patches). Certain updates may be required to continue use.
We may add, change, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a feature with material impact, we'll provide notice where reasonable.
Third‑Party Services and Links
The Games and Service may integrate third-party SDKs and services (e.g., Firebase, app stores, Unity IAP). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content.
Intellectual Property
The Games and Service (including code, art, audio, trademarks, and branding) are owned by StandardIssueGames or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
Except for the license granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
Feedback
If you provide ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or attribution.
Conduct and Enforcement
You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate others; not to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity; and not to post illegal or harmful content.
We may monitor, investigate, or take action (including suspension or termination) if we believe you violate these Terms or harm the community.
Termination
You may stop using the Games at any time. You can delete your account in-game where available.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or security reasons.
Upon termination, your license ends and you lose access to the Games, account, and virtual items (subject to mandatory consumer rights).
Disclaimers
The Games and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Issue Games and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, goodwill, or profits.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Games or Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Games or in‑app purchases during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
Your use of the Games and Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

Regional Terms
Some jurisdictions provide additional rights or mandatory consumer protections. Where required, those terms apply and prevail over conflicting parts of these Terms.

App Store Terms and Third‑Party Beneficiaries
Your use of the Games must comply with the applicable app store's terms. The app store provider is not responsible for support or maintenance of the Games.
To the extent required by Apple's policies, Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the website, in‑app notice, or email (if applicable). The "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.
Courts in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides you may bring claims in your local courts.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms and any policies referenced (e.g., Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Games and Service.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
